Lovely local old school village pub. Ran by the same family for 50 years. Open fire, dry board and a piano. Really friendly behind the bar. Reasonably priced. One ale on along with usual but no stout

Excellent all round service and quality . Breakfast served was first class . Dog friendly and seating outside . Free sausages for the dog and friendly atmosphere.

The staff are so friendly and I haven't found bread better anywhere else

Telling me the internet in down but I can pay on card I was going to use my sub card for a free sub but the internet was down then it was the till not connecting to the internet

A decent pub, lots of parking, an outside area and decent staff. Reasonably clean. Reasonable decorative order. Reasonable beer and prices. It’s ok. Nice pool table.

Sadly some of the worst service I’ve ever had. Main order was taken at an ok time but 45 minutes after finishing our mains they had not been cleared. After eventually giving up being served I went to

hit and miss on food - had the lamb and was violently ill for 3 days - went back recently and food was cold - so good atmosphere for drinks but give the food a miss

Best Chinese in Wrexham by far been trying to find one like this for ages good salt and pepper the ribs are a must if you like them
