Gerrards in Wrexham

Excellent Sunday roast, brilliant setting, very reasonably priced. Service first class, highly recommended although I imagine it's packed in the summer!!

A civilised pub run by & for adults. I.e. no Lagah !

Great atmosphere, fantastic pint of Guinness, friendly bar staff and locals are a nice bunch. I haven't tried it myself, but apparently the Sunday dinner is spot on. There are plenty of televisions in the lounge if you want to watch the rugby or football, and there is a good selection of beers at the bar. Not much more you can ask from a village pub.

Hate giving low reviews of places but ordered steak with peppercorn sauce and a side of onion rings.. Peppercorn sauces never arrived and the onion rings I wanted to dip into the sauce arrived after we had finished the edible part of the steak.. front of house was faultless and I tipped on the back of that. Didn't complain in venue because no management and that's probably the issue

Stopped for both eat-in and takeaway breakfast on multiple occasions. Food is always hot, fresh and enjoyable. Staff are friendly and efficient. Competitive prices, especially for a full breakfast.
