Entered here at 11:15am and was the only person in the place, yet again it took over 10 minutes to make 2 smoothies. You aren’t even greeted with a hello at the till, they simply look at you. Once smoothies were made I was told there were no lids (I was travelling in a car so this was extremely inconvenient). As a resident of the Arc, this would have been a great place if ran correctly. After giving it chance after chance, I will no longer return. Definitely not somewhere you could run in on your lunch or before work etc - keep in mind numerous staff yet 10 mins or around that for a smoothie - minimum.

honestly can’t even put in words. i’m traumatised. my friend ordered a basic sandwich as part of the meal deal. Demi then refused to void the order after she was the one that put it wrong. Quite frankly, i was scared for my friends life. Thought the doll was going to jump over the counter and bench slap my friend. Respect the other girl tho who called Demi out in her bs. 😌Not to menwtion the price… wont even say it someone might acc drop dead. I near did at the till. Wouldn’t even DARE ask for a paper bag because all you get with that is a death stare from Demi and another 25p drafted from my pocket.

Place should be closed down. Got a fry and half of it was raw. Not cooked at all, just put on plate. Cheeky sour waitresses that don't want to be there. Will never go in again.

This establishment has seriously gone downhill. The restaurant wasn't exactly clean and the staff appeared to be overworked and only three on shift. The orders were being sent back by several customers. My order was wrong and clearly something has happened to this establishment. The member of staff behind the counter apologised for the error and delay. Will definitely never return here.

recent visit to this establishment, left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. service was poor. in fact to the point of rudeness, woman behind counter rejected the qr code I presented in such a condescending manner, she even asked had someone sent it to me, with the suggestion I had somehow hacked it stolen it I embarrassed, in front of my friends by this action, paid for all our orders. this was not an insubstantial sum for what turned out to be colder than expected beverages, and dry cake, we questioned the cleanliness of the cups presented s the outside appeared smeared. This has been a singular disappointing experience, other franchises in this chain having been delightful, but we shall never use this particular outlet again and I strongly advise other patrons to think twice.

I have called a few times It is open everyday so handy on a Monday. Other stuff I bought has been fair and big portion. This time I got a beef curry with boiled rice. I asked was there mushroom in it and the young girl mumbled so I thought there was. At £8.60 it's a pound dearer than others around. When I got home and dished up I discovered the curry was a large portion. Would do two meals. It was quite spicy and beef ok. Not the worst curry I have ever eaten. But they charged me 30 pence for the mushrooms after all. A bit stingy and not told by young female serving who was more into chit chat with her female Co worker. I will try again It's the only Chinese around. It is clean and busy. But pricey as I said.

Been getting out of here for over a year, was great value, nice food. Prices have changed, portions wouldn’t fill a whole in your tooth! Asked for a sausage, literally got “a sausage” not even a few chips!

Went on today to Manns at the Antrim Courthouse and was told I would have to wait 20 to 30 mins for two toasties. I had to enquire about them again in 30 mins. Finally they came out and plain ordinary toasties on brown bread. These were bad enough but the attitude of the Asian girl left a lot to be desired. Not a sorry one thing or another. Manns is usually good but this attitude would put you off visiting again

The first thing that hits you when you walk into Monad is the smell; an acrid, most unpleasant smell of deep fat fryer oil that should have been changed weeks ago. Maybe because they had fried chicken on the menu. The service is clumsy . We were sat eating our joint first course of assorted breads, spreading butter onto the bread with the only knife when the mains were plonked down in front of us. My left hand had a slice of butter in it and the right my knife with butter on it which I had to use on the main. Food was unremarkable, akin to school dinners, some overcooked dry beef with a scoop of mash and gravy; no attempt at garnish and some dry pork fillet , a scoop of mash, gravy and no garnish . First time I’ve ever had pork fillet in a big lump, not sliced no sauces just gravy. The wine list was a joke. Cheapest was a Pinot Grigio at £28 then the next a Spanish white at £35 and after that it went into the £40-£60 wines I’d never heard of. Also you could have a glass or carafe of some of the £35+ plus wines. When you get it I wonder if the bottle is open and for how long and if a bottle is opened for you , how long is that bottle kept for. Normally , wine by the glass or carafe is for cheaper, house type wine not in the £35+ range . Plus the wine we ordered arrived at the table already opened. Not good . The bottle could have been already opened a while and topped up with fresher wine - how do you know ? . Similar to sister property Duad where bottles are served already open and tonic for gin & tonic comes from an already open large plastic bottle of tonic so arrives flat. Disappointing.

When I heard this place was being opened, I was very excited. Nothing like this around the area. However, the food is very overpriced and to be honest there is very little taste to it. I had the beef brisket burger. It was saturated in a random sauce. There was no bbq taste to the beef or even a beef taste to the beef at all. The chicken wings were decent along with the fries, but that’s it unfortunately.

We went round on a Sunday about noon and as soon as we walked in it was empty and dark complimented by the dark brown tablecloths which matched the atmosphere. We quickly realised that this was more of a glorified takeaway with a few tables and chairs thrown out to opposing walls. Indeed the menu was on chalk boards over the counter and we had to stand up to see what we were going to order. Order was taken, two 8 piece fry's a coffee and a can of coke zero. The wait started, coffee and coke came out. One of my pet hates are the drinks especially hot ones coming out long before meals. It appears the cooking was done upstairs and out of site. Every once in a while there would be a few coming in and going upstairs and it turned out that these were the Just Eat delivery drivers and it also appeared that deliveries was taking priority over diners. That must be the only reason, without any other sit in diners, that our food took 30 minutes The food was served my coffee was cold by this stage and there was nothing spectacular however spectacular was not what we were looking for, just something to fill out our stomaches like a good old dirty fry as they say. I will say mine was as expected however the sausage and bacon was just about cooked and no more however, @Review Pickys breakfast bacon was uncooked on one side and was returned. The item of bacon was deducted from our bill. We were completely under whelmed. The owner apologised to us and we left. There are a lot better establishments in Lisburn. I would give this place a wide birth.
