Place should be closed down. Got a fry and half of it was raw. Not cooked at all, just put on plate. Cheeky sour waitresses that don't want to be there. Will never go in again.

Was told this is the same place as rustic saddle? AWWWWWWFUL Food vile and service even worse. Food was the worst I EVER ate Never ever ever ever again.

Couple of us previously had a lovely meal here in the evening, so thought we’d revisit for lunch with rest of family. Messaged beforehand and rang to enquire about menu & booking, no response. Went ahead and arrived in at lunchtime on a Saturday, place was empty. Ordered 3 soft drinks and a water, then couple of the sourdough toasties with sides, steak sandwich and salt chilli chicken. Couple of glasses weren’t clean so just drank from can. Water was tap water which is fine apart from fact it was warm. One of the sourdoughs with chicken mozzarella tobacco onions needed grilled a bit more (soggy), one with chorizo jam & Brie, had no chorizo jam. Steak sandwich was good, salt chilli chicken batter was spongy rather than crispy. When paying got overcharged for an extra drink, so mentioned it, they looked over to our table to count the No of cans on it. Hastily given my change then which had euros in it lol. Not great in comparison to first visit at all.

First time in for coffee and it will be the last. Asked for coffee extra hot, which it wasn’t, and chocolate had been sprinkled on top which I didn’t ask for, and don’t like, and not even a saucer to catch the drips and put your spoon on. There was a choice of about 3 buns, and hot food had already stopped mid afternoon. For the amount of coffee shops in ballymoney they might need to serve better coffee.
