The best restaurants serving Default food in The Diamond Derry Western NI

What a fabulous meal. Each dish was so tasty. Didn’t want the meal to end! We can’t wait to go back.

My friends and I were walking around the wall and I needed to use the lavatory. I saw the Anchor Bar so one of my friends and I stopped in. While she used the facilities, I ordered us 2 half pints. The lady tending bar was super friendly as were the folks sitting at the bar. We ended up sitting down and talking to some folks at the next table. We then texted our friends to come join us. We ended up staying for 2 or 3 rounds. The bartender came over and took a few photos for us. We had a great time there. The vibe of the place was just so laid back and friendly. We all loved it. We didn't eat so I don't even know if they offer food.

We were recommended as we were passing through Derry for good food to stop here and glad we did within minutes of opening it was busy and no surprise food was great and served quickly and was tasty. Great friendly staff and bar.

Beautiful meal. Tiramisu best ever

We had a very nice meal at the Shipquay restaurant. Main courses were nice. I had monkfish with seafood fritters, spinach potatoes and a creamy sauce which was very good. My wife had hake which she enjoyed. Dessert was a pavlova with mixed berries and white chocolate, very good. Only slight downside was the speed of the service which we felt was a bit slow, others might not have a problem with this.

Amazing service, affordable food and great atmosphere in general

Took the opportunity to grab dinner before an evening meeting, and it did not disappoint. I've been meaning to visit for a while, so this was the perfect opportunity despite being by myself. Was greeted by Berna, who talked me through the menu , I chose the Chicken Schwarma and a fresh lemonade. What a taste sensation on a humdrum Wednesday evening. The food was so fresh, full of flavour and beautifully presented. I've never tasted a lemonade like it, fresh, fragrant lemons.Had a portion of Flatbreads and houmous as an appetiser & a beautiful bite of baklava to finish. It's been a long time since I've been moved by food to write a review. Gorgeous wee restaurant with Lebanese ambience & Derry City charm. Thanks Berna & Simon for a delicious way to kill time before a late meeting. Lovely staff and the cocktails are incredible, especially for the price (2 of the same for £10) definitely worth a visit

This was my first visit to Silver Street, but it won't be the last. The staff were great and the food was delicious.

This is NOT a cappuccino!!! Gals need retraining, seriously. I’m a fully trained barista of 3 years, a cappuccino is FROTHY & airy the whole way through!!!! This is an Americano with milk & a layer of froth on top. Embarrassing stuff. Food tastes amazing, staff are efficient and consistent, friendly but your business is primarily coffee. Please learn how to make a cup correctly.

Unfriendly service. Staff did not seem educated on gluten free & dairy free options, kept having to go back and forth to the chef, also told one of my friends that all the sauces where gluten free but when it came to ordering she said it wasn't. Shocking, uneducated about dietary requirements. Also waited over 25 mins for our drinks. No apologies or nothing. The food was OK.

Fuimos a comer aquí antes de ir a un concierto. Pensamos que la elección del menú era bastante pobre. También 2 platos para 18 pero la mayoría de los platos principales tenían un suplemento. El entrante era muy muy pequeño. La comida era normal.

Was treated terrible after a girl who drink's there every day decided she didn't like the attention her make friends where giving me before they came to the bar she was lovely couldn't been nicer until these guy started talking to me she changed then I took my hoodie off and because my stomach was showing she told the bar man to tell me to put my jacket on or I'm barred I was absolutely humiliated and she followed the bar man kept at him to say to me I put my jacket on and left disgusted

My mum and I called today to have a quick bite to eat and where greeted by he loveliest staff member who we later found out was called Loretta. From the moment we arrived she couldn’t have been more helpful, nothing was a bother. It was very refreshing to be greeted and treated in such a friendly manner. well Done Loretta! We will be back!
