Brilliant views, brilliant staff, inc. mixologist and troubadour Tom, and hostess, Sophie. Sinéad and her 'evening' colleague were great on Reception. Thank you. Room exceeded my expectations, and the views are simply stunning. I'll be back.

Really nice pub in the Malvern Hills. We booked a table which was ready as we arrived. We ordered the two steaks deal which was absolutely delicious and tender. Staff were really nice too 🙂 Will come back

We just completed a four day stay at this hotel. I chose this place mainly because of the lovely photo on hotels.com. Crazy I know. The room was lovely and big with a view of the mountains. We really only had a few rather small “ complaints” It’s actually not near the town like we thought and so we couldn’t have dinner and a drink and walk back. The pub isn’t a cozy old one like North Americans picture. It’s more like a restaurant and the prices for us personally were expensive. For example, in Canadian $, a hamburger was close to $34. Multiple that X2 for a couple and add in drinks and It wasn’t cheap, especially as we were in England for a month. We ended up eating breakfast in our room and a couple of dinners too that we picked up in a supermarket. The other small irritant was that they advertised as supplying toiletries which wasn’t the case and we hadnt brought any and my long hair needed washing. Also they advertised that there was a shared microwave and fridge which would have been great, but that also wasn’t true. Our shower had a broken part in it so we couldn’t raise it up to be underneath it. Because I’m disabled and have a hard time showering, I couldn’t hold on to the hose and the bar so I had to sit on the floor and get my husband to help me get back up. Hard at 76 years old lol. There is no shelf in the bathroom so we couldn’t keep our toiletries in there which was a pain. These are just small annoyances though. Would we go back? No but mainly because of its location. All in all, it’s a lovely place.

A warm and welcoming pub, fantastic food quality, we had an evening meal and full English here. The bar atmosphere is great & there is a lovely beer garden with stunning views, we enjoyed the selection of well kept beers on offer. We stayed for 2 nights, the room was so comfortable, clean, well set out and met all our needs. This is a perfect location for for walks into the hills, the 3 counties show ground, and all things Malvern. We hope to visit again this year.
