The best restaurants serving Default food in Shepton West Mendip South West

Had to wait 35 minutes for a small not to good breakfast was very greasy toast was hard and hard to eat and to top that £35 for two : (

Nice little local pub. The natives tried to give us the "You ain`t from round here" look, but their hearts weren`t really in it. Youngsters in the garden were giving it large but fell over themselves to make us feel welcome when we made eye contact. An all-round positive experience, thank you.

Ordered 5 subs only received 4 tried 11 times to call the number of the store and it was a mobile number that was turned off. Appalling!!

Very friendly pub, very reasonable price for beer

Bought 4 pies at Romsey farmers market. Big tasty looking pies BUT on cutting them open on the plate disappointed to find only enough filling to barely cover the bottom. Will never buy agai again.

Hardly any pasties on shelves. I bought 2 person serving jammed them into one bag . Jo please or no thankyou . I asked for a carrier bag which was chucked on counter beside what else I bought and told price tonpay again no thankyou rudeness is as hard to swallow as the pasties full of gristle this place sells. I won't go back on there . Luckily we have another high street Baker which staff are polite and sell nice food
