*Disappointing Experience with White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies* I'm really disappointed with the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies I bought from Subway today bought 6 cookies . As a fan of their cookies, I was surprised to find that the ones I got for my kids had hardly any macadamia nuts - just one or two in each cookie. This doesn't match up to what I'd expect from Subway's usual quality. I'd suggest doing a quality check on the recipe to ensure consistency across all locations. Until then, it's a shame because these cookies didn't meet expectations.

We ordered from here last night and they didn’t give us half our order. When we called to let them know, they refused to deliver the rest of our food or give us a refund - just to mention it next time we order. Ridiculous!

My first and last visit to this place. Food was of poor quality. It left a bad after taste. Customer service was bad too. He was too busy to take notice of my order, got it wrong and then blamed me. He didnt even write my order down and serviced me 15 mins after entering the shop. Very disappointed with the service and the food

Really poor service, I stayed at a hotel so wasn’t local, ordered a takeaway to the hotel and the time given was 2.30am, I ordered at 1.40am which was fine, we waited up until this time then rang up to check what the status was at 2.30am and they said it would be another half hour, we waited up again and gave it until 3.15am and still nothing arrived ended up going to bed and had two missed calls at 3.40am to say food was there! No communication in between hands to let us know any delays. Really poor!
