Really poor service, I stayed at a hotel so wasn’t local, ordered a takeaway to the hotel and the time given was 2.30am, I ordered at 1.40am which was fine, we waited up until this time then rang up to check what the status was at 2.30am and they said it would be another half hour, we waited up again and gave it until 3.15am and still nothing arrived ended up going to bed and had two missed calls at 3.40am to say food was there! No communication in between hands to let us know any delays. Really poor!

Burger was soggy and cold cake was rock solid and custard like jelly and milkshake was fully melted worst place to get food from

Food was to die for but the delivery time was a joke. I ordered food at 10 minutes past 12 and I’ve literally just got my food 10 minutes go!! It’s 3:25 now! the delivery guy was apologetic but the time waiting was a joke. Luckily my food was hot! Won’t be ordering here again as waiting this long for food is a joke

The food was late. The burgers were wrong. The milkshakes were melted, the chips were soggy, the chicken nuggets were hard, the motserella sticks were stale and the dips were cheap tasting. Avoid. For you own sake. Waste of money.

First time trying as it was local, everything was very poor quality including the milkshake and the salad was rotten on the burger, wont be going back

The food was unbelievably disgusting , the burger tasted like rubber and the cake and custard is like its been left out for 3 days, the food came 2 hours late aswell so I would recommend never to order from this place

Ice cream did not arrive. Food was cold,greasy and tasted horrible. Cheesy chips burger does not even have a patty. Very disappointed.

Did not receive milkshake that was ordered (was told by delivery driver that he was not given it by the restaurant). Hot dog came partially burnt. Jalapeno burger had only a small splodge of mayo and the beef bun again was partially burnt. On the plus side, at least the soft drinks arrived in a consumable condition.

Partly wrong order to the completely wrong address, 75 minutes late..food was poor and as it was so late everything was cold. This may be alright for a 3am snack after night out but for an evening takeaway it was hands down the worst I've ever tried. I'm extremely disappointed and was hoping the previous reviews were just being harsh..they weren't. If you want satifying food go elsewhere!

this is the worse take away ever, what a waste of £15. calls itself American diner ha worse place I’ve ever eaten in my life. The cake was literally half rock hard was refused a refund apparently it’s suppose to be like a brick couldn’t even get my spoon through. awful customer service. never will order here again

absolutely appalling food was burnt literally black! bread was burnt don’t get the hot dogs unless you want to waste your money on disgusting food! and they need to change there apple crumble to apple pie there two different things very misleading. if you think it’s acceptable to send burnt food out to customers yall are idiots! look for another job and not in the kitchen.

Food was very average, the food was slightly soggy including the burger. However delivery was on time so I can't fault them for that.

Food hadn't arrived an hour and a half after ordering. Finally, after phoning the restaurant four times we were told our food was out for delivery... 45 minutes later and it still hadn't arrived. Upon phoning again the line just constantly rang. Atrocious place, take my advice and avoid at all costs, they don't seem to care a bit.

Delivery took an hour and a half but did arrive when they said it would. Both burgers and 2 lots fries would best be described as soggy to the point that the majority of it went in the bin.

I paid £4.20 (steep price anyway) for chicken nuggets I didn't even receive?! Surely as a business you check full orders before sending, or you realise something has been left and ring to apologise? Burger was mediocre and fries weren't crispy or of good quality, very let down by the whole experience.

food that was delivered right was nice but burger was delivered with stuff on it when I ordered it plain meaning I would have had an allergic reaction if I ate it, which would have left me dead. the onion rings and chips were nice tho.

Staff seem nice and food delivered early however we didn't get the right burgers. Food was alright just not what was ordered.

Wouldn't recommend the hot dog, not fresh style sausage . Jalapeno flamed are fried Philadelphia cheese with a chilli, not like e.g. burger king style chilli cheese bites

Onion rings like sponge chips were look warm the burger for the price a quarter pound burger and thin piece of chicken you would get more on a McDonald's big Mac and ordered a milkshake it was to awful will not be using again

Missing item, and when I rang to explain, one of the staff members was extremely rude to me. I was told that I could wait 2 to 3 hours for my cold food, or order again, and mention about the missing item. Not once was I offered a refund. And, I was spoke to terribly. The staff member wouldn't stop arguing with me, and raising his voice in a horrible tone. The rest of the food was bad quality. I would not at all recommend ordering from here.

I order chase burger, they came with out chase, no salad, no slat or sauces with order. driver charged more than order. food was disgusting it end up in bin.

It's been nearly an hour since I ordered my food and it was supposed to be delivered I offer at 1:35am and its now 2:44am food is not here can't understand the person on the line saying 5 - 6 minutes when it's clearly longer I have had food before no problems and it's good quality

I ordered at around 1am and they said the delivery time will be 2:30am which I could cope with. It got to half 2, and no food had arrived yet so I waited 20 minutes to call as I was tired. After ringing twice, they finally picked up and said the food is now cooking and will be with me shortly, baring in mind it is around 3am and I am already knackered. They said they are busy because of the football, despite that being on at 7pm, 8 hours ago. I waited up till 4am for my food to arrive, and when it did, it just tasted Ok, not very nice. I am not pleased, and won’t be ordering from here again.

Extremely disappointed. Just wasted £19.90 on 2 milkshakes, a burger and a wrap. 30 min late, cold food. If the pricing isn’t ridiculous enough, the quality of the food was just vile. The milkshakes were so watered down and lacked flavour, said on the menu they’re served with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and a flake but neither of them had ANY of that. The wrap was tiny, bland and cold, with a few pieces of leftover old chicken and the most miserable ribbon of lettuce I’ve ever seen, it was definitely not from today. The beef in the burger tasted like anything but beef. Extremely dry and disgusting. Waste of time and money.

our food arrived cold, after arriving late. we didn’t get to decide what toppings we wanted on our food because it didn’t give us an option to do what we got was a surprise. poor food quality, not worth the price in my opinion.

in hot weather you order milkshakes with cream and coloured sprinkles with chocolate syrup on Flavas milkshakes was thick and very nice I enjoyed the hot day

Food arrived very late after ringing up twice to see where food was, restaurant seemed confused as to where our order was. It arrived and chips were just about warm and soggy and the chicken burger didn’t have much chicken on at all. Mozzarella dippers were nice. Would appreciate a refund of some sort as we were really not happy with the service.

the food is disgusting - they sent me the wrong cake and the slice is so small - its also from costco - and is hard and off. the hot dog was freezing and looks like its been dropped on the floor. the burger was horrible. and your drivers rude and is apparently not insured. disgusting restaurant - terrible service

If it was possible to put less than one star for service and delivery I would. They are rude, unhelpful and ripping people off. Our food was late, Cold and well below any decent standard. I called them when it was 25 minutes late and the man who answered said I was on the way with the driver 45 minutes later the driver arrived telling me that he had only been given my food 12 minutes ago. So amongst all their other failings they are also dishonest and their food is all soggy.

i ordered at 01:15 it said it would be ordered by 02:15..but guess what...NOTHING i still have not got my order

Took 2 hours and 20 minutes to arrive. Food was cold and soggy and part of the order was wrong. All the food was totally un-edible. The Jam Rolley Polley with no custard was a container full of custard and a few crumbs and flour at the bottom. Instead of Mayo we received some orange-coloured fluid that smelled of vinegar. I wish there was a possibility to upload photos.

We still haven't received our order due at 2:55, and cannot find a number to call to contact them. Hope it comes soon!

Food never delivered after having paid. Phoned the restaurant, said they had been out and tried to call several times, turned out the number was wrong, even though the CCTV shows they had not come to the property at all, they then said they would sort it out the following day, as they were closed, half an hour before the closing time listed on site that is, they said they wouldn't send the order back out as it would be cold, when told that we had a microwave here and would be more than happy to heat it up, they said ok and hung up. Have had great food from here before, but this experience has ruined it. Will pursue as theft if need be, but they're not having money for nothing, and the premises as a whole will NOT be returning to them or their counterpart, Flavas, as a customer for the foreseeable future.

I’m pretty happy with the food. since it’s my first time. I’ll probably order again!!
