Caffe Ritazza in Manchester

Horrible food. My bagel was super dry and hard. The service was okay, hence the rating.

Cappuccino on the go. Worst ever. Transparent tea without milk foam. Scandalous. Please send me a voucher. 0 stars and very slow. Staff cannot handle this.

Just bad. Ice coffee is coffee from a carton with ice cubes and hot chocolate hot bitter water

Iced caramel machiatto = cold coffee already 4 times!! You shouldn't offer something if it can't be made that way!!!

Woman works against her will. Can't smile and sigh when you ask something. And then suddenly they close before closing time and you fly out with a drink and all. Thank you and see you never again.

A little too expensive for what it is, the focaccia was not hot enough and the waitress was not at all welcoming.

I don't recommend the paninis, they are bland and empty, not worth the price. Other than that I was well served. Maybe next time I'll try something else.

The Italian logo should be away from this place!!! There was a good ballista before, but not anymore. Always serves like a cup of water with coffee flavour (really disgusting and waste of money) and staff not kind at all.

Honestly, when the two employees talk out loud for 20 minutes about their personal lives and their attraction or not to certain old or young people right in front of customers, it is shocking and lacks decorum! We had to stop them and warn them but they don't seem to understand their inappropriate attitude A really disgusting floor, In short... avoid this place

Great while waiting for the train. Thanks to the employees for their smiles and speed despite some Sunday killjoy customers ;)

Flute there is no zero star. Two young employees who introduce themselves as bosses, who criticize passing customers talk about their love life in loud voices and when you point out to them about the non-existent cleanliness she suggests that you take a broom and show what you can do. .. there is a serious boss behind it?

Really disgusting!!! Don't be fooled by the tiramisu + coffee formula. Tiramisu is more like a dry cake!! I am disgusted ! I paid €5.20 for a dry cake and a tasteless coffee. We also need to review the employees who are not very courteous!!!!!!!!!

Used to serve real cappuccino. Now you pay 3€ for chemical foam from a machine… shame.

Vegetarian panini socks. It feels like I'm eating flat old mozzarella and too much of that green plant. I feel like I've wasted my money 💰 for nothing.

Friendly staff and ok coffee. Bad tiramisù which tasted worse than a store bought one, do not reccomend.
