Rubbish restaurant I have never seen like this restaurant I am waiting now for more than 1 hour for my order to come very bad customer service no one answer the phone don’t wast ur time and money on this hell

Never got my food waited 2 hours reviews on this place say it all.. it's a money grab fake they don't deliver DO NOT ORDER FORM THIS PLACE !!!

Order never came, charged me and now waiting for refund. Their phone number isn't recognised. It was almost 2 hours since my order when they "cancelled it". Pathetic excuse of a place. Not sure what this business is being used to cover, but they're definitely not an actual takeaway business and wanting to profit from it, given mine and everyone's experience with them. Not sure why uber eats still works with them

yknow what lads, if this wasnt the most mouthwatering delsious places i woukd not be writing this review. mighty fine food and service, i go there after work for a pint and chat with the lads. LOve it!

Ordered from Uber eats ordered madras sauce with pilau rice and a milkshake. They ran out of madras sauce and instead of ringing and letting me know, they sent an alternative. But instead of sending a different curry sauce for the alternative they sent another milkshake. Do they expect me to pour this over the rice? The excuse was … we didn’t know if you’d like any other sauces.

Food is absolutely disgusting, Staff are rude and ignorant, hanged up the phoned when contacted them about my order that I never received and the Delivery app would not refund me because of the restaurant, terrible takeaway

Food never came you thieves I’ll be sowing up to your store to claim my money back as it would seem you do this to tonnes do people …. How you are allowed on just eat I don’t understand I waited 2 and half hours and still nothing I’ve gotten bored and I’ll be going asleep I’ve contacted just eat for full refund and I’ve contacted their head office to have you removed I’ll also be popping in store to get an explanation from you !!!! Worst food I’ve ever had. I was down bad and no where was open so I ordered from here. Chicken was not cooked properly and was so rubbery. Chips tasted like tissue so dry and no flavour or even temperature. And the milkshake was just water no taste and to top it off the chicken has a funky smell. If it’s late at night and your thinking to order ur better of going sleep hungry.

In my opinion the food is very greasy and when you order the King Munch Box you literally get half a box so you pretty much get 6" of greasy none edible food for £14. Avoid at all costs its really not worth your money!

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered from Uber Eats, wish I'd look at reviews first but it was 1:30am and I wasn't feeling picky. The food said it would arrive at 2:30 the latest and it never said it was in delivery. Tried to call but the phone number didn't go through and I checked online and it said the place was closed. I eventually gave up on the idea it would ever come, and put an order for something else. Eventually I get a call from a mobile at 5am saying he was going to drop off my food, what the hell is that all about? Just made me angry, told him to keep the food and I'll be getting a refund from UberEats. Got my refund thankfully as when I woke up they marked the order as complete on the app.

Never get from here again! They take your money and don't give you your food and when you ask they have an attitude and decline and lie about the order even if you have a receipt and put the phone down, DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Ordered on uber eats £25 order, get a call 2 seconds after order that there is no lamb, told me to cancel the order, which it didn't allow me to cancel.... luckily they cancelled the order from their side! Joke! Save your time don't bother ordering read other reviews....

This place is very nice and modern I love it because the owner Jaffar is very generous The food is also very tasty I would recommend basically everything To be honest, it’s better than Mcdonald’s I am honestly proud and happy that this place has been opened I would recommend it to Manchester locals not 100% but 200%

Order said would be ready at 5:05 at the latest. Called at 5:18 and they said 20 mins. Been 20 minutes, still no food. Tried to call at 5:52 and no answer, phone said it wasn't available and app said it had already been delivered even though it hasn't.

Do not order from this take away they need closing my daughter what I see 2 a year due to working away planned a night of movies takeaway so at 2am we ordered 5 southern fried chicken and chips after 1 and a half hours we rang was told it’s on way and be 2 mins I was constantly told this for a thirteen two hours which ruined our night what I waited 6 months for when it finally arrived the driver said it’s ok here’s a free can of coke WHAT FREE COKE I don’t want free coke I wanted food so my daughter sat and opened the food DAD ITS NOT 5 SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN ITS 5 CHICKEN NUGGETS this is the worst excuse of a take away they lie to you ignore the phone never deliver food on time sometimes you pay and don’t turn up they need closing I’ll be paying a visit to this take away animals

This shop shouldn't even ben open. Orderd Food late at night waited 45min and still hasn't arrive then gets cancelled on uber eats. So I decided to call the restaurant just to get mocked and said I cancelled my own order after waiting 45min. Then they hang up on me. Unprofessional and doesn't need to be open if they can't provide a service simple

I ordered food over two hours ago and it was supposed to be here one hour ago, ps it STILL ISNT HERE ! I requested an update multiple times with nothing in return, So I called up and asked where my order was the man on the phone was very very rude and blunt. I told him I was extremely unsatisfied and all he had to say was ok in a rude manner. I asked why my food was over an hour late and he said we are just very busy. If you cannot get food here by the time you say then you should not be taking this many orders. I am absolutely appalled and I would never ever recommend this place, will never order ever again.

Do not order from here unless u wanna stay up all night, ordered from just eat at 3am and waited till 5:40 till my food came, driver was really apologetic and said they where really busy. Dont take orders at that time if u can't handle it
