Food is old Service is terrible

Absolutely disgusting food. We couldn't eat any of it. Not only was it greasy but the meat was of the lowest quality and the cake smelt off. They also forgot our cans which I was charged £1.99 per Pepsi Max. They did say they would bring the cans as I rang them straight away to say they forgot them, never showed up. I had to ring them back a few minutes later when I had opened my breakfast, i did taste the sausage awful. When I called the second time the man on the phone was really rude and said they wouldn't change it and to get in contact with Just Eat, which as we all know are just as bad for getting a refund from. I would definitely avoid this place at all cost

Bad service and communication with customers. Ordered food to be delivered and had confirmation from the restaurant as they accepted payment. Food never arrived and despite being open they fail to answer the phone 5 separate times in the span of 30 mins. Avoid this place as the best you'll get is a scam

Scheduled an order for 8pm, they accepted the order but then cancelled at 7.30pm

Terrible. Missing items , tiny undercooked portion of chips, burrito was 90% rice and chopped up salad and missing ingredients with less than a nuggets worth of meat. Absolutely avoid and don't waste your money.

WrapAway is just biggyz with a different name, terrible food did not eat any of it. Shocking! Never order from WrapAway or Biggyz terrible quality food. Wasted £40.

No wonder food hygiene rating is 3! Bits of hair food in flavourless food and the customer service on the phone was disgusting. Disgusting attitude and food.

Stay away folks! I’d give less than one star! Waited for an hour to be told order is not even ready. Ruined the children weekend shame on them!

It was nice before but now under new management not ok.take time waiting for order .food not well packed.

Truly horrible wraps that were tasteless with wrong salads put in both, very dry chips as well. The best part of meal was the drinks. It all took a long time come too. Very surprised it's open, has to be a front.

Horrible food. Reformed chicken. Don't touch it with a barge pole. Truly dissatisfied.

Never write reviews but had to. The shop was so grubby, the utensils, food boxes ect. The food was old and overly processed. He 're - heated it in the microwave ! Soggy- Soggy everything ! Not healthy at all. instantly regretted ordering and felt quesy to eat it. I asked for various fillers to put in my burritos it was if i was offending him. Bad energy from him. So I didnt get the fillers I wanted. I came home the burrito fell apart took 3 miserable bites and threw it in the bin. Gross 😝

The food here is usually very good however on my last visit I got home to bite into a bloody metal staple!! I’ve emailed numerous times about this and also called requesting to speak to the manager to which I was told he would call me back... I still haven’t heard back from them. Very disappointed to find the lack of customer service and quality control on the food. I know they have building work going on in the back room however to find a staple in my burrito isn’t acceptable. If a young burrito loving child was to of swallowed this then it could of caused serious damage.

Great food with absolutely reasonable prices, I like the manager he is such an adorable person. I highly recommend you to go there if you’re fan of healthy fast foods and snacks

Just alright. Falafel was pretty flavourless, try using falafel from an authentic place, there’s one 2 minutes walk away. The worst part about this place are the staff- they don’t speak! They said 2 words the entire time I was there and just looked past us towards the TV. Wouldn’t come back unfortunately.

Cheap, good quality wraps and quesadillas, very yummy!

The burritos are good and reasonably priced...however meat from ice cream tubs, taking 15 minutes to get served and awkward silence is always a down side

Good food and great value, could eat the chicken strips on the nachos all day

The food is always stunning. Order from here regularly. They are like 9 miles away from me and the latest they've ever been was like 10 mins after, I phoned the shop and he turned up like there and then haha. The delivery guy has been awesome both times, amazing food, and food is still warm and delicious especially within it being so far away. Couldn't recommend higher. ALSO I swear this place is like one of the only mexican deliveries in manchester. We are going to get to know each other very well.

I had a burrito and a taco and they were marvelous, tasty and full of flavours. Great wrappings. I'll have a few guests next week and am going to give them a good time with burritos and tacos.

Delivery was very slow. Beef was rank (cat bicuits) . Extras not present. Wrong ice cream. No separate dips. Veggie wrap was tasty, puds were meh. Good milkshake.

Food is really tasty, but not sure why it takes 1.5 hours to deliver orders.. And they dare to charge £1.5 for delivery and an extra 0.5 for paying by card.

Lovely place and really good food

Great food real tasty, delivery always arrives before estimated time, the beef isn't great but menu states it it's reformed which is fine and expected. Everything else perfect. 100% Always order from here, defo recommend.

Just had a burrito, full of flavour and quick delivery. Wrappers delight!

What a joke. Every request was ignored, every sauce and extra paid for was omitted. We had the displeasure of trying to eat two empty dry wraps. Waste of money

The food was very tasty But it gave severe diarrhea not sure if it s hygeine or i m just intolerant to mexcian food

Very tasty. I tried a wrap and 2 of their shakes and they were all delicious and generously portioned. Also the salad was nice and fresh.

Absolutely disgusting my order never came after 1hr and 45 minutes even its only a mile up the road from so drove to the shop and to find out its been shut for 3 days and they took my order, won't be ordering from these incompetent people again
