My first and last visit to this place. Food was of poor quality. It left a bad after taste. Customer service was bad too. He was too busy to take notice of my order, got it wrong and then blamed me. He didnt even write my order down and serviced me 15 mins after entering the shop. Very disappointed with the service and the food

Recientemente pasé por esta tienda de chips y compré solo una parte de Patatas fritas para comer camino a casa después de visitar a un amigo que vive en esa zona Cuando los abrí no estaban calientes y muy quemados, tal vez estaban cocidos dos o tres veces porque eran horribles, diciendo que no volvería a visitar allí, incluso si estaba comprando una comida completa.

Always getting a superb service. Staff is always friendly in particular Christine, Tom and Rosie. I also love the fact that they are very passionate about coffe and always make you feel welcome. Highly recommend! My favorite branch in Manchester

Can be abit hit and miss with the food but when it's good it's GOOD! The drive thru is actually pretty quick even when the line is long but the food quality isn't as good as when you eat in which is weird. The restaurant is good not massive but pretty clean. Accessibility is good aswell. Service and staff are really friendly

I paid £9 for the large pepper steak dinner (price increase since May 2022). I got back to the office and saw the dinner was 7/8ths rice, a bit of veg and only 7 pieces of meat. I rang to ask, if this is the large, how many pieces of meat do you get with the regular sized dinner? (Apart from the call being terminated 3 times before I got through). The owner said I was petty to count the pieces of meat and that if he wanted a piece of steak, he went to the butchers, took it home and cooked it himself. I said the portion was small, compared to other caribbean takeaways - he wasn't having any comparison to any similar outlets. I was ringing only to give feedback and was genuinely curious if I'd have been better ordering the regular sized dinner. Poor service, rude and while tasty, it certainly wasn't value for money and as first impressions go, I won't be going back!

I’ve order from kamis for maybe the past 3 years and I’ve Always been happy until the last few orders we have received . My daughter was sick from one for 2 days with food poisoning, so we didn’t order again. I thought on friday I will try again ( silly I no) as maybe that was a one off as never had issues before. Well how stupid was I!! I ordered food and it was dreadful, I mean not even edible, this shop had gone so down hill. Food was freezing cold. Chicken looked terrible and we ordered spicy rice and got pilau rice!!! They don’t even have pilau rice on menu.. The whole food was worse I’ve seen!! We didn’t even attempt to touch it as it looked that bad and we threw it straight into the bin. We had to go out and spend more money on food. I rang shop and they said they refund to us in next 24hrs as they were aware I am a regular customer and never complained before. I have never received the refund and it’s a week tomorrow . I rang again and I’m just told same thing next 24hrs and then the phone put down on me. Now they don’t answer my contact number. I’ve bought and spent so much money with restaurant over past 3 years and I won’t ever spend a single pound again. It’s not just about the money, it’s about the poor quality of food sent out and not even trying or caring to make it right. This has got to be the worse takeway now and it’s a shame as it use to be decent. Save your money, as the food it’s not edible.
