They charged for my order and did not send it

SCAM. Food was never made let alone sent. They will genuinely rob you, and complaints through deliveroo don’t do anything. Don’t know how they’re still in business, especially as this doesn’t appear to be the first time.

STAY CLEAR THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. Ordered food from these though deliveroo. The food never showed up. I called multiple times but it went straight to voicemail. 4 hours later it was very very clear it would never show up and complained through deliveroo and they did absolutely nothing. They said they contacted the takeaway (don’t know how they got though) and they said they tried to contact me (no missed calls or knock on my door) and they left it on the doorstep. Lies, I kept checking the doorstep in case I had missed the knock. DO NOT part your money with these disgusting people. You will get robbed

It sells cheap stuff in the shop like sweets and are good sweets you can buy so many for 2 pounds

We did not get our food. Vile service. When we called, the man was rude and hung up on my wife. ORDER FROM LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

I've had better burgers from burger vans on construction sites. Sorry guys but really not nice.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR FOOD. Ordered food with an estimated delivery time of 30 mins. Over 2 hours later and gone midnight I called deliveroo who advised me to keep waiting, no refund as they are on deliveroo market place so they will take no responsibility and no way of contacting restaurant as the mobile on deliveroo goes straight to voicemail despite trying many times on the evening and the following day and no answer from landline on google . Starting to wonder of they even exist or just take people's money. (1 star rating because zero isn't an option)

Probably one of the worst delivery i had. Food was nearly cold, everything was tasteless and soggy and it's a struggle to reach them when the food is late

this place is flat out awful. i dont think ive ever had a worse dinner experience and ive literally eaten fried flour out of a leaf in a srilankan village during monsoon season. how long does it take to make a drink at 3am?! 1.5 hours for a warm milkshake that tasted like rotten egg. someone seriously needs to do a hygene check of this place the food has the taste of a teenage boys toilet something is seriously wrong with the people that own this place BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE

Regular order is a shake and the hot cookie dough - fab every time.

orderd and it was 1 hour and 40 min late tgen when it was recived it was stone cold not warm atall and the milk shakes were just horrid would never order again.

Didn’t deliver food and deliveroo are refusing to refund as the restaurant have said they did. I tried to contact them multiple times on the night but they didn’t pick up. The deliveroo rep on the app also tried to contact them on the night but they didn’t pick up. Do not order from here. I should have read the google reviews 😓😓😓

Arrived an hour later than 'supposed' to arrive and was cold. Spoke to deliveroo who refused to cancel the order. Avoid at all costs or waste your money.

My 16 year old daughter ordered from here and when the order was an hour late she called to politely enquire where her order was, the guy on the other end of the phone was dismissive and rude. When I took the phone I explain her disappointment and that I would leave this review he said he doesn’t care and hung up. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review - this guy has made it very easy.

Really bad attitude of ‘manager’ and food terrible …will be taking it up with Deliveroo …don’t go near them !!!

The worse food i’ve ever tasted, arrived STONE COLD, was not edible, the delivery was AN HOUR late and the restaurant did not give us any updates as to when the food was arriving even thought we rang several times. The food that arrived does NOT match the pictures from the Deliveroo website, they’ve clearly stolen pictures from somewhere and uploaded them as their own. Disgusting food and disgusting service, don’t order from here!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. SCAMMERS. Ordered on deliveroo, over an hour after the assigned delivery time (nearly 2 hours after placing my order) the order still hadn't arrived, told deliveroo that this hadn't arrived and to refund the order and they said they would contact restaurant. The second the customer service got in touch with this place they marked the order as delivered and said that they tried to deliver but there was no answer from me. They had absolutely not tried to deliver and simply marked it as delivered so that deliveroo couldn't query it. Spoke to the restaurant the man I spoke to was rude and brash and said there was nothing he could do, their delivery driver started late so the orders were running late. I told him it needed to be cancelled and agreed a refund, he hung up on me. After days of back and forth between this restaurant and deliveroo neither will give me a refund for an order I didn't receive and keep putting the responsibility on eachother.

This restaurant is horrible, they take orders from Deliveroo but never deliver them.

Fantastic food with fantastic prices must say an excellent takeaway great for the kids and delightful delivery times. Hats off to the staff and a huge thanks to haji for his help with order amending

Second time we ordered from here and it won’t be our last! The first time we ordered waffles and corn flare and custard tarts shakes and brownie sundae and sandwiches.. the sandwich were meh, the potatoes where ok the custard cornflake tart was bad but the Sunday’s and brownie deserts where omg!!! To die for!!! They were amazing. It really was so good! They should ditch the other services and just sell these! Because they where better than anything I have tasted in Manchester!! So we came back for it just for these. We ordered the aero milkshake and the brownies mixed with strawberries and banana with ice cream on the side which was a treat as that was an extra surprise. And omg!! It was sooo freaking good I could come back for these again and again. The fruit was fresh and bursting with flavour the brownies where the best Ives tastes in England and the ice cream was full of flavour and kept cold as delivered by deliveroo!. The aero shake was so full of mint chocolate flavour, it was sooo good! Loved it! I had to give you five stars and trust me! I am a hard task master and these don’t come likely! Well done on these!! Ditch the rest of you menu though! Truly! Xx

Second time I've not received my delivery. Both times , I've had my order cancelled after waiting 40 minutes to then receive an email to say its been cancelled. Poor service , think you need to go buy your delivery driver a satnav

I went here for the first time recently. I ordered the cornflakes tart with custard. The custard felt as though it had erupted from a volcano just before it was served, it was hotter than hell. The tart felt like soggy cardboard. The spoon was turning soft due to the temperature of the custard. Pathetic is the nicest word I can think of the describe this place. It should shift a few doors up the road into cemetery, because its DEAD! Chow

Amazing food shakes where lovely prompt delivery service cakes where amazing nice texture and the cookie dough was perfectly cooked with a bit of Oreo ice cream on the side lovely

The cookie dough was raw and the waffles were hard, the cake was alright and the ice cream was melted and flavourless

Order a waffle, cornflakes tart and milkshake from here. It was absolutely awful. Waffle tasted like rubber! Milkshake was also awful! Cornflake tart tasted like it was expired and stale. A dreadful experience!!!

what a disgusting place, the driver refused to bring the food to my door, even though i clearly stated im disabled and house bound, he argued with me for 30 minutes while my food went cold, then the order was wrong, when i finally got him to bring it, he also kept hanging up on me when i was asking him to just bring it, for two days ive been ringing the restaurant to an non existing number as they haven't completed my order so they dont have to refund me, and the just eat customer service wont help, an absolutely shocking place, that treats disabled people this way... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT 🤮 🤮 🤮

walked by shakes and bites and saw all the waffles,cakes,biscuits fall from the plastic tray,they were picked up from the floor after several minutes and taken back into the shop/food place where many people would be eating from the ice cream is awful and hard and is not freshly made slush's are flavourless

I love Shakes and bites they do the best milkshakes ever and they always come before the time, they keep updated on your delivery by texts and the food quality is amazing I would defo recommend it’s worth every penny!!

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!, Milkshakes were brilliant with loads of pieces of whatever you want! We also got two panninis so simple but really fresh and well cooked! I honestly can't understand any bad reviews this place could get. Well done guys

Got food delivered from here. It took over an hour to get here for a simple order. The food reeked of cigarettes and was below standard considering the amount I spent on it. I won't be ordering from here and I wouldn't recommend it. Sorry to be so brutal but truth has to be said.
