The best restaurants serving Default food in Heysham Central Lancaster North West

Kylie & Chloe went above and beyond asked for a simple request that other pubs wouldn’t do and they both assisted with professionalism blown away keep up the good work

Food was good but were very small portions compared to before they had closed last year. Used to have coleslaw and salad included in the same price for the wraps. These were not extras.

Never got to try the food as there is no menu....😳

Terrible service. We were told when ordering that it would be a 45 to 60 min wait. We waited 1h &30 mins I was trying to call them and no one answered the phone. We live local to the Chinese and when it eventually arrived it was cold we had to reheat the lot not good. Plenty of Chinese restaurants/takeaways in our area will not be using shengs again.

Not been in for years. What a shock, unkempt and in a poor state of decor, such a shame . 1 person working the bar, it felt like they had walked in off the street to pull pints. There are no words of encouragement to make this a positive review. Such a shame for what was a thriving pub.

Yuk! Haven’t used Max for a while but fancied a Chinese and thought we would give it another chance as we had guests, but wish we hadn’t. Arrived barely warm and sweaty, presumably we were last delivery on the run. Chicken spring rolls were small but nice. Chicken balls over cooked, salt and pepper chicken and chips both refried to a point they were like rocks and overloaded with onion. Rice and noodles were ok, but the curry sauce was gritty. Really disappointed and won’t be returning, waste of £50!

Can't think of anything positive, sweet and sour chicken went to the dogs. Greasy oily chow mein and very slow delivery. Sweet and sour sauce was in an expresso cup. Avoid!
