Delighted with my spur of the moment to treat myself to fried fish. Cooked to order in 6 mins and really fresh generous portion. Excellent value. Friendly staff . Such a welcome contrast to the over priced famous local fish restaurant near here that is almost always a big disappointment these days.

Best Lebanese in London - I made a last minute booking for Valentine’s Day and it didn’t disappoint. I’d rather say it greatly exceeded out expectations! The mixed grill, hummus and Moutabal were to die for, absolutely luscious! Will be back!

Vivimos en la zona, pero para ser sincero, no me di cuenta de que el restaurante había cambiado de dirección. El jueves 27 de agosto mi pareja y yo decidimos probarlo. Inmediatamente fuimos recibidos calurosamente por el dueño. Me sorprendió gratamente el menú. No es demasiado grande, no está desordenado y es muy comprensible. Hay una gran selección de tés recién hechos, dim sum y bollos. El chef propietario prepara el dim sum y los bollos todos los días y son realmente espectaculares. También nos dieron sopa y costillas muy buenas. La relación calidad-precio es excepcional. Lo recomendamos. Sin duda volveremos muy pronto ya que hay otros platos muy tentadores que nos gustaría probar. Ya lo estamos recomendando a nuestros amigos.

Un hermoso y acogedor restaurante en el corazón de Surrey Quays. Está a 3 minutos de la estación. La comida y muy deliciosa y el personal es amable. Muy recomendable

I cannot recommend this place enough; it is truly a hidden gem. The setting is modest and cozy, while the dishes themselves quite simple, because that's all they need to be. You cannot only taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients themselves, but also the expertise and care that went into cooking them. On top of that, the service is incredible. The only thing stopping you is perhaps making a reservation, since seating is quite limited, but this only adds to the charm and is well worth the small effort. 10/10.

I had come across this small café when previously visiting the next door hospital recently. As I was in London for the day, I decided to give it a try for Breakfast. Unfortunately, it was a wet and rather miserable day, so the outdoor seating, although under cover, was not appealing. There were a good number of patrons, so I had to wait a while to find somewhere to sit, as indoors there are not too many seats. The staff were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable and I chose an Omelet with some baked beans as a change from the normal 'Full English'. My coffee arrived promptly, and was extremely hot, so it could wait for my food to be delivered. The food was good and tasty and very good value. However, if you are wanting a more refined breakfast offering, this is not the place. Having said that, for a plate of freshly cooked food and good coffee, there was no reason to complain. There were no issues with cleanliness either, although moving around inside when it was full was a bit of a challenge! I think that the number of customers was indicative of the overall quality of the establishment and I will certainly be back, next time I am in town.

We popped in here for lunch when staying at a nearby hotel, and the food was so good we went back again the next day. Lovely food, and owned and run by a very friendly man - definitely worth heading here to support local businesses when you are on the South Bank.

Four of us had a most enjoyable Saturday brunch at Dandy, served by a sparky and friendly team. The atmosphere was warm on a coldish day. We enjoyed scrambled eggs with sausage and bacon, washed down with Spanish sparkling wine...it was a double birthday celebration. Dandy only does brunch on Saturdays, as opposed to a normal lunch menu, but there are puddings available if you want them. Well worth a visit.

Truly exceptional company. Most amazing cakes and service out of this world. I ordered a cake, at short notice and by phone. Nothing was too much trouble; everything was on time and the cake was, in the words of my wife "too good to eat" (she did overcome this initial reluctance). Would use again in a heartbeat; has become my default cake provision service.
