The best restaurants serving Default food in Gunton and Corton Waveney East of England

Booked a table here for 16 people and they certainly made sure we had a lovely meal and afternoon. Although there was so many of us the food came out all together and was hot and tasty. The quality of the roast I had was very high and the sides of Cauliflower cheese was amazing. I followed that with a sticky toffee pudding sundae which was lush too. Also had two cocktails while I was there and they were sooooo nice. Staff all lovely and friendly and remembered us from a previous visit which is always lovely. Excellent Chef who as I mentioned worked hard to accommodate us all. Thank you to all concerned for a lovely meal and afternoon 🥰

Booked a table but had to wait 30 minutes to be seated and then when sat clearly a table that was for 6 opposed to 8 so quiet a squeeze. Food was good and service very good just a shame we feel squeezed in for our booking - literally...

Last minute Sunday roast-was not disappointed. Huge portion, food was excellent, the carrot & swede purée was like silk! Couldn’t fit in pudding so had a takeout & was delicious, bread and butter pudding perfect. We’ll be back

Stayed for a few nights. Absolutely awful food, dirty plates in the buffet. Same food every day. School age service for staff. Felt like food was prepared for an hospital. Carrots black and no potatoes peeled all in the skin looking disgusting 😑

Great Family Atmosphere, hot kitchen on a late one. FULL Menu, portions massive. Staff exquisite, in particular Hostess with the mostest character. Kirsty. EMMA leaving for higher places. Hayley, s commet all dressed up, Gary another late Tatooine, oh and the guy that rocked up last.. Zero complaints on service.. but recommend kitchen vent cools the caterers better, they are loosing weight ( and they set the fire alarm off in the premier next door, with birthday candles. Wouldnt have gone inn otherwise.. The most fetching, lovely, ever.. family firm. God bless them all. We will return from yorkshire. I went there today and became upset. The girl behind counter was amazing. Dark hair in pony tail. Northern accent maybe. She is an absolute credit and deserves recognition
