Cafe run by Mencap within the Central Library. Wifi and computers available to use. Coffee and toasted teacakes were really good.

The food prepared by the students is amazing and the students that served us were very professionally and well presented. Very polite and friendly. The price for the 3 course meal is excellent it is £18 per person. Would recommend a vist. It is open for dinner on a Tuesday, Wednesday and a Thursday evening. Just need to call west herts college and book a table from 6.15pm till 6.45pm.

A great little coffee spot. The coffee is lovely and well worth the wait if it happens to be busy. The food is also lovely. We always tend to walk here from the park to get our coffees and cakes after a little walk in Cassiobury Park. I would really recommend it, great value and great coffee.

There were 5 of us and no tables inside so we said we’d sit outside. They wiped everything down, provided cushions and offered blankets. Before we’d ordered, a spot became available inside so we were shown to our table. Quick service, nice buzz in the atmosphere, great quality food and coffee. The menu is delicious so we will be going back and trying new things! The staff are so friendly, genuinely interested in where we were from etc. We were even offered cake on the house after our meal was paid for! A real gem to find and we’ll definitely be back soon.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. We waited over 40 minutes for the starters and when they finally arrived it wasn't nice... the main course was ok and there were only two options for dessert. The waiter said they had pistachio and almond ice cream. So we asked for pistachios and we all got almonds. There is an English barrier, they don't understand what you say to them and they are rude if you try to tell them you are not happy. I don't recommend it at all! it was a Friday evening and there were only two tables, the waiters were constantly watching you, which made us feel uncomfortable.

Was warned at booking that the evening was expected to be busy, I appreciated this and allowed extra time. The pub is pleasant, the food service was slow, as expected, but was reasonably priced and OK. What was disappointing was when I came to order dessert, the server sighed, rolled his eyes and said he couldn't say when that might arrive. I asked if he'd prefer me not to place the order. He could tell I wasn't impressed. I would have left but my son really wanted dessert. With the exception of this interaction I would have had a pleasant enough evening but can't recommend and won't be returning here as I was made to feel a total inconvenience.
