Daisy’s In The Park in Watford

This place is set in cassiobury park it's extremely over priced its shocking, I paid £6.40 for a can of coke and a can of diet coke and 1 packet of crisps ,the girl on the till was so miserable aswell.

Food was really bland cheap and very over priced did not enjoy any of it The place looks nice staff are really nice but really need better food and menu

Cant believe some of the negative reviews on here. I’ve only ever experienced great service and good food. This is a regular coffee stop for my son and I on dog walks. The service is quick and efficient. The staff are very welcoming, polite and attentive. Of special note are the manager and Christina….. always take the time to say hi to my young son and have a conversation with him. Great place to catch up over coffee or brunch!

Came as a family. Had to wait a long time to even see a menu. Staff were on a real “go slow”. Not sure if this was an actual protest at working on the bank holiday or not. Food was over priced, tasteless and cold. Probably the worst food in Watford.

The food is terrible and will probaly make you sick. It is very over priced and the staff don't know what they are doing

After a glorious walk around Cassiobury Park, in the sunshine, Daisy’s was the perfect oasis for a lovely lunch (Bang Bang Halloumi) and a seriously refreshing drink (ginger shot). Despite being busy, the team was friendly and smiley. Thank You x

My favorite place to go for a coffee is here; everyone is so nice and friendly. The food is also great; the cakes are delicious, and the croissants are fresh.

Staff friendly, pot of tea fine but there was a FLY flying about on the cakes and snacks. Flies might have previously been on dog poo!! And we all know flies vomit on their food before eating. The problem needs to be addressed asap.

I’ve come here a few times as it’s the only place here to get a quick bite and drink. Plus it’s lovely sitting outside on a hot day. But the service is terrible and some of the staff here are just rude. I once ordered a Hot Dog and it came in 2 burger buns and was impossible to eat as everything fell out! On a quiet day, they say food takes 15 mins but I end up waiting half an hour. On a busy day, they say it’s an 40 minute wait and the food comes in 20 mins! Is that their way to get you not to order food?? And it’s a shame they close at 4:30 everyday as it’s nice to sit and get a drink in the summer evening around 5. One server told me at the till that I had to get a table number when I had just waited 10 mins to get to the till. I was on my own with my toddler and there were currently no tables!! She made me feel awful for not reading the sign at the till saying you need a table number. I had been waiting in the queue from outside the cafe and there was no sign there saying you need a table number. She eventually took my name. I then realised everyone’s names were being called out anyway! I was on my own with my toddler, how can I reserve a table for myself?????? Leave my bag on the table and possibly have it stolen before I get back? When a server brought me my food, there were no tissues with the food, just cutlery. I asked for tissues and she pointed for me to get up and go and get them myself. I had waited ages for my food and had managed to get my toddler seated. I couldn’t get up to get myself tissues that should’ve come with my food and cutlery!!! Even though it’s a lovely setting, don’t think I will be coming back!

Really nice place and friendly staff my coffee was great. The park it’s so beautiful it’s really worthy to stop at this cafe for a cake and a coffee. The staff really nice and attentive they really make your day. Definitely recommended

such a shame that this awful cafe is in such a beautiful and busy park. They obviously cannot cope with the demand- people waiting 45 mins or longer to order is ridiculous - get another till! Workers are miserable and over worked. Shouting names all over the place. I live locally and come a lot to the park and the cafe hoping it improves but it steadily gets worse. Breakfast is expensive and just awful. Undercooked eggs, burned hash browns, tiny portions…. I could go on. They need to give this cafe to people that care and not this useless company who don’t care and produce awful food with miserable staff.

the food was delicious and served to us by a cheery waiter would recommend to anyone who wants to have a quick stop and a boost in energy and happiness

Cup of tea served in a flimsy takeaway cup which bulged and spilled even with the lid on as the cup was of such inferior quality. Spending £3.50 on a cup of tea I would expect it to be served in a sturdy cup so as not to burn myself . My husband had a smoothie which was bland and unappetising and actually more of a squash than a smoothie. So disappointing that the council have given Daisy's a licence for the other café in this wonderful park.

The burger was so tasty and the staff were really friendly My flat white was so nice. Definitely recommend.
