The best restaurants serving Chinese food in West Devon South West

Crispy chilly chicken with egg fried rice - delicious 🤤 not hot though I’d say it’s on a sweeter and sour side which is what I was hoping for

Love getting our food here.the staff always happy you can tell they like working great choice of foods .and have a great vegetarian/ vegan choices

Takeaway fiasco. Ordered online for delivery. Food arrived, WRONG FOOD. called the restaurant, no answer on first try. Answered on second attempt. Young girl. Useless. Someone else (young male voice) telling her what to say. She didn’t know what to do, she didn’t have any knowledge of what order was what. Waste of everyone’s time. She said she would get the manager to ring me. No call from manager. Young girl calls back, to say the delivery driver will return. Deliver chap arrives, takes away the wrong food but doesn’t have the correct food with him. Says he will go to the house where my order was delivered to get it and bring it back. At this point I had to say that wasn’t a feesable option as that food could have been touched, cold, anything could have happened. That isn’t an acceptable solution. I asked for my money back instead and was told to call the restaurant to place a new order. No proactive offer of fresh replacement or refund. At this point I had two very hungry children, I’d been on a train for 7 hours returning from working away so I wasn’t interested in placing a new order and waiting another 30-45 mins so I made alternative arrangements. The manager never contacted me. Even the delivery man agreed the “kids” in the restaurant are “rude” and “unhelpful”.

This is my 1st visit and I will be back again. Fabulous food and a great variety of choice. Staff are very friendly and the restaurant was spotlessly clean.

Spent £50+. chicken wings no flavour and slimy, chow mein was mush and had no flavour chips were edible but clearly needed the oil changing fried rice was microwaved or warmed up fish tasted like a plastic bag so do not recommend to anyone hopefully we don’t get ill tonight
