Is it usual protocol that when you get delivered the wrong meal x2 that instead of correcting the order (that has been paid for) you refuse to change what had been delivered? Never again will we order

Good to make a visit after moving away a few years ago. Good they were open at 5 pm, first customers, great food and service. Would recommend.
