Golden Sun has been good to our family for over 2 Decades!! The food has always been amazing, definitely a hidden gem. If you’re in Manchester and fancy a Chinese, this place is the one. If you call in advance, there are never any wait times like the other reviews mention..

very friendly staff Fresh quality ingredients used home delivery service, average prices use it regularly also now open Tuesday, the new owners have a fantastic chef , tried many dishes always Fresh and hot and always busy, and called by your name as I'm a regular customer, having a disability, many times they will tell me to stay in car and order brought to me, I hope they get the support of the local community, truthfully there prices are fair considering size of the portion,

I ordered food online using their website for delivery at 5pm to be delivered at 6.15pm. I understand delays can happen, so at 6.50pm it and to chase it up to be told sorry it’s just being cooked and it should arrive in 25 minutes. 7.30pm, our food had still not been delivered, another phone call to be told another sorry it’s on its way and it’s very busy. Suggestions - Get more staff, delivery it’s just as important as drop ins. Very poor experience, however the good was hot & tasty. There wasn’t even an extra dish added as a way of apology.
