The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Duke's Lancaster North West

December 2024 Additional Review. Below is my review of six years ago. Since that review I have been many times. My considered opinion is that this Chinese restaurant is still the best Chinese in Lancaster and Morecambe, both in terms of quality and quantity of the food and in term atmosphere and value. This is clearly verified quite simply by the amount of local people who use it regularly. Modern Chinese restaurant styled very close to the style of the modern restaurants in Shanghai. Good service from extremely polite staff. But what really makes this restaurant is the food. Fantastic choice served at the table hot and spot on every time that I have been. I have only had one takeaway from Golden Jade which was excellent but can't really comment other than that.However there seem to be a lot of takeaways going out lately. In my opinion this Chinese beats the pants off any other in the district, bar none.

Great service, very affordable with good portion sizes as well.

Last time I came here was for my 13th birthday, and I'm so mad it took me until my 34th birthday to come again. What a wonderful little restaurant this place is. Unfortunately I can't afford to be a regular, but it will definitely be top of the list for meals out for special occasions like birthdays!

The food tastes good, the service is good, and the kitchen is professional. Will go there to eat again in the future. Worth recommending!

We had a delivery tonight. We ordered here as usual place was closed. I’m glad it was the food from golden dragon was excellent. Best we’d had in a long time . I had sizzling beef Cantonese . Was excellent . So was the other meals. We will def use again
