The staff are incredibly helpful and have mastered the art of walking the fine line of of being extremely professional, whilst also making you feel like a friend. It was my first time at the hotel and I felt like I had stayed their before with the way I was spoken to and looked after. We were given a free upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was fantastic - giant bed, automatic toilet, perfect water pressure in the shower. You cannot go wrong. There's something to do in any direction you go which only speaks to the perfect placement of the hotel.

Qué hermoso lugar para disfrutar de la cena - la habitación o más bien los rincones (mucha privacidad si se obtiene la mesa correcta) estaba impresionantemente decorado. El lugar de servicio y la comida maravillosa!
