The best restaurants serving British food in Hartlebury Wychavon West Midlands

Yesterday my sister and I decided to go to the shed for Sunday lunch, the meat was exceptional, the staff held our plates and served us veg standing along side us, one of the ladies said we started this during Covid and have decided to carry on with it because we like it this way, it’s no good saying things are not as good since Covid, perhaps people don’t like being served like school dinners, we didn’t like it but there was no option to serve smaller amounts ourselves, it isn’t always about convenience or what the waitress wants, customer satisfaction needs to return because mainstream Covid is gone bring back a level that illustrates customers are welcome

School canteens are better ..The most awful soulless cafe we have ever visited. Plastic tablecloths, dirty crockery, tasteless sandwiches and luke warm, watered down coffee. When asked if my son could have an alternative drink, he was given water in a plastic cup. The staff were rude and disinterested, one told us off for having sat at the wrong table ! The toilets were also dirty .

We've been here several times when my mother-in-law lived in Stourport. We had to return to Stourport for a ceremony, so we stopped by for a meal on the way to our overnight hotel stay. Worked perfectly.
