I asked if the chicken was free range. They didn’t know but guessed it wasn’t. So I opted for a vegetarian item. I asked if the peas had mint in them . They said they did. So, I didn’t order that item

A great pub for fish and chips, but the Sunday roast beef was appalling. Over cooked, dry and tough.
That said, the staff were really good and service was quick.
Would go back, just not on a Sunday.
