The best restaurants serving British food in Aldridge North and Walsall Wood Walsall West Midlands

What a delight! We arranged an afternoon tea for my Dad’s 90th birthday. We arrived to beautifully decorated table and chairs for the occasion. The generous amounts of sandwiches, cakes, fruit and little chocolates were delicious and the staff very friendly and attentive. Thank you for making our family celebration very special. This cafe is a little treasure.

We had some beautiful food for my dads wake the service from Julie and son and all the staff was very accommodating the food was fresh and delicious which everyone commented on we highly recommend and will be using all the time now .

I went to this cafe while passing through aldridge and it looked rather pleasant on the outside but after going in and being rudely greeted by who I assume was the owner. I've never been served by such a sour faced lady before. Absolutely zero manners and made me feel so unwelcome. The food looked amazing so I carried on with my lunch despite my rude greeting. As I bit in to my sandwidge, a long hair started coming out! I was disgusted. I went to have a sip of my tea to get the hairy Sandwich taste out of my mouth only to be greeted with what I can describe as a cold cup of milky water. Definitely won't be passing through this simply un- delicious place in the future!! As for the allegations made against myself on the reply to my review... I live in Ross-on-Wye and had been visiting my father in Burntwood. On my return home is when I visited the cafe. I'm absolutely not a former employee! The tea was served in a pot but still hardly any taste (maybe buy better tea bags, and bread while your at it). This visit was last month, I hadn't got around to uploading my review but I am damn glad I did now!! Horrendous way to speak to a potential future customer or any customer at that!

Great chips, nicest ones had for a long long time. Chicken freshly cooked and lovely, as were the chips. Excellent. Thank you.
