Buffet for 50 people for grandsons christening…absolutely fantastic food supplied. Delivered and displayed on the venue tables before we arrived like magic. Highly recommend and will definitely use again…fresh sandwiches of all sorts of varieties, salad, fruit and cakes everything you need . I had lots of compliments on the food all day. Thank you so much !!!

Beautiful afternoon tea on Wednesday last week. My friend was here from America and we had a get together with old friends she used to work with. Deb did us proud. Everything was delicious. Beautifully decorated table. Also chairs were lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. Thank you.

As someone who rarely writes reviews I couldn't not leave a review for Wilsons Team Room and I cannot recommend it highly enough! I booked an Afternoon Tea for my Sister's Birthday and it was wonderful from the table decor to the delicious food. Nothing was too much trouble and Debbie has such an eye for detail and the Tea Room reflects her warmth and delight in what she does. All diets catered for especially Gluten Free, which is a welcome find indeed. If you get chance pay Wilsons a visit, I think you'll return!

Met up with six friends for breakfast today and would recommend this cafe for its quality food and friendly service.

I attended with my Daughter this morning for a birthday breakfast. The food was really good and reasonable and Debbie very friendly and service good.

Family bought us a voucher for afternoon tea for our wedding anniversary. Pre-booked to pick up on the Saturday. Made up as a platter so that we were able to savour this in the countryside. Lovely sandwiches and beautiful cakes, loads of strawberries. Staff very helpful.

We visited the tea room for a baby shower. The food was delicious and staff were so lovely and helpful. Would definitely reccomend here if you're looking for a private function like this. Plenty of sandwiches, cakes and fruit as well as tea and coffee. Lovely afternoon.

Visited today after reading so many favourable reviews.Good choice available, competitively priced menu in well maintained premises apart from the front door.Ordered a cooked breakfast and a prawn marie rose sandwich. Whilst my breakfast was acceptable, our experience was tarnished by my wife having to endure a strong chilli taste in her sandwich. She is prone to an allergic reaction to chilli and no mention was made of any chilli accompaniment on the menu description for the sandwich. The concern was raised with the staff who confirmed the ‘Marie rose’ sauce was made with sweet chilli sauce you see in every fish & chip shop. Our expectation and experience of any other prawn marie rose dish does not contain any chilli and equally important why does the menu description not include this important health information. The menu did offer gluten free options but should should also include other crucial allergenic information for the benefit of its customers. Unfortunately the staff did not seem to appreciate the seriousness of our concerns and the potential health impact this may have had for my wife. No apology or offer to provide any water/milk for my wife was given so we made a hasty and somewhat embarrassed exit in the fear my wife might have an anaphylactic reaction.

Called in for coffee and tea cakes. The place is immaculately clean, The customer service very professional and friendly. We didn't have to wait long to be served; it was very well presented and tasty. Prices most reasonable. We'll be back! Very highly recommended.

Always pop in for a breakfast sandwich and sometimes eat in with the other half. The breakfasts and main meals are really tasty and great value for money. The afternoon teas also looks very nice but that's not my thing!Definitely recommend this place.

We had the loveliest Christmas meal today at Wilson's. There was 21 of us as it was our tai chi group. Everyone really enjoyed the lovely hot food. Starters were lovely, mains lovely cooked and some of us had dessert. The staff were lovely and all meals came very quickly with a lovely smile. The cooking was fantastic and the girls worked very hard. Thank you all for making this so enjoyable for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Wilson's Tea Room if you want lovely food.

They use top ingredients not cheep like some around walsall. Extremely welcoming and nothing is to much.

We frequently have breakfast here whilst or dog is being washed just around the corner from the cafe. The breakfasts are always of good quality and generous, all menus include beverages and toast. Unless you are extremely hungry or have hollow legs best avoid the top breakfast menu, I have never been able to finish the enormous plate of food that is presented, as delicious as it is. The staff are extremely pleasant and the surroundings and atmosphere equally so.

We visited Wilson's last week and had a lovely meal. My husband had the omelette and salad and I had the Hunter's Chicken. Both delicious. Such a lovely atmosphere as well. You are made so welcome. Deb and her staff are just lovely. We go a lot and have never been disappointed.

Popped in for a bit of breakfast, fancied a bacon and sausage Sandwich and it didn't disappoint. Very tasty from first to last bite. Tea also a very decent brew and plentiful to wash down the sandwich. Love the new decor - been first visit since became Wilson's, will have to return.

Had the gluten free sausage and mash today. Piping hot and delicious. Hubby had a cheese and ham omelette. Wonderful service. With a smile as always.

Hadn’t had any food this morning so thought I’d have a small breakfast to set me up till tea time.

Attended for a baby shower so we had the whole place to ourselves on a Sunday afternoon. Deb made us all feel welcome from the start and had decorated the room and tables beautifully with an eclectic selection of china cups saucers and plates. The afternoon tea was delicious, sandwiches a good selection of cakes fruit and chocolates all on 3 tier cake stands. Tea and coffee was unlimited and there was so much food we all came home with goody bags. We all had a great time and will definitely visit again thankyou.

Today on Mother’s Day we enjoyed a fabulous afternoon tea at Wilson’s tea room. Gorgeous sandwiches, cakes, scones, fruit and chocolates. As much coffee or tea as we wanted. So much to eat that we took some home for later! Everything was beautifully presented and the tea room looked lovely with flowers all around. We love this place. Our favourite for Saturday morning breakfast, lunch or takeaway sandwiches. A perfect treat for Mother’s Day. Thank you.

Wilson’s is a lovely little place. We’ve been a few times on a Saturday morning for breakfast and now book because of how busy it can be.

Visited on Wednesday 13th February and had one of the new dishes. It was a chicken jerk casserole with rice. Fantastic flavour and suitable for slimmers also. Well done Deb.

This was my first visit since it was Foodilicious. What a wonderful surprise ! The same spotlessly clean, neat,comfortable and busy as before, but with a new owner Deb, who along with most of the previous pleasant staff continue to run a tight ship.

Regularly come into Wilsons for the BEST breakfast around! Great friendly staff and the food is amazing. The afternoon tea is something special too! Highly recommended! :)

We have visited many times since it became Wilsons Tearoom and had our catering done by them for our 80th birthdays. This was for 100 people. Everyone commented on the quality of the food. The service was spot on and all done with a smile.

highly recommend the tea room for afternoon tea or breakfast. Been several times with my kids and hubby staff are really helpful and knowledgeable about dietary requirements will always happily explain things really an enjoyable experience

I visited Wilsons for a bit of late breakfast with my boyfriend. We were greeted with smiles and cheery hellos from the staff. The menu is small however offers a wide variety which would appeal to most customers. I would recommend the full English which comes in a range of sizes! Our food arrived within minutes which was piping hot and filled the plate completely. It was delicious!! I will be visiting again and I encourage others to visit if you are passing through Lazy Hill.
