The best restaurants serving British food in Tunstall Stoke-on-Trent West Midlands

Visited the furlong along with two friends for a Christmas meal. Fast attentive service. Staff checked at all stages how was our meal. Checked if we needed further drinks as they noticed our glasses were empty. Christmas three course meal was delicious. Would recommend. Has pies and lasagne. Of which were home made they are always lush with plenty of fresh meat. I'm very surprised people complain as we visit often, and used the pub during covid for food delivery's. And never a poor service or bad quality food. Well done team furlong. See you in the new year..

Really appalled at the customer service tonight, used Kings before and would have recommended to anyone, not anymore. Made out to be a liar that they had knocked on my door they definitely hadn’t because we were literally right next to it and in the window. The driver explained he’d gone to the wrong house to me when he came back to deliver, the guy on the phone at kings needs to learn to tell the truth. Said he couldn’t refund me because the food was already cooked, don’t see how that’s my problem! Won’t be ordering from here again now.. doesn’t give you the option to reply. You’ve been my house for years, your driver went the wrong house, your problem!

This place is terrible, don't bother! The attitudes of the staff stink, they are rude, the prices are ridiculous for what you get, you get a small amount of dessert and you have to wait ages to get anything!

the rooms stink of faeces and urine. no security. full of drugs and there are underage girls drinking there. there are questionable stains on the walls and floors and on the pillowcase that by the time i had realised it had touched my mouth. will never be staying here again. 0/10 😡
