Superb pub stopover in a campervan. Martin is a lovely landlord. Lovely log fire. This is our 2nd visit and will not be the last. Dog friendly, overlooking the canal, great spot.

We came as group of work friends on Friday 13th for a Christmas party . A few had missing name cards and seats. The starter we had preordered wasn’t available. The main course arrived cold with a small jug of gravy for 10 people. When we asked for more the lady was very rude. The bar was closed when food was being served. We won’t be returning

A brilliant visit so much to see and the attractions are amazing ...well worth a visit and the cafe is great
