The best restaurants serving British food in Charmouth West Dorset South West

Lovely lunch - we had the pie and a quiche and both were tasty and beautifully presented. Service was superb as always so we were well set for the rest of the day 😊.

We had very pleasant stay, very friendly staff and dedicated to provide best service. We’ll definitely visit again.

Attractive pub with a nice beer garden and friendly staff. Unfortunately let down by the quality of the food. I had macaroni cheese which unfortunately tasted a bit like a supermarket budget Mac n cheese and didn’t come with crispy onions as stated (might have added a little flavour), my husband had chicken burger and my friend had beef burger. Both the burgers were very average. The chicken burger looked like a frozen bit of breaded chicken and the chips were the tasteless oven chips. Sadly this was our last meal out of many over the bank holiday weekend and was the only disappointing meal 😢 it was also the priciest

Very poor all round: no indoor seating (despite plenty of space for it), a tiny coffee, that was very expensive (£3.40), and very mediocre in terms of its quality.
