I had an excellent Sunday roast dinner here with my dad and stepmother. The roast pork came with a piece of crackling. Very good sticky toffee pudding too.

OMG What tasty food!! Reasonable prices and friendly, efficient staff. Had a few problems finding a place to accommodate us on a Monday eve (maybe because it was between Christmas and New Year 🤷‍♀️?), but we are very happy that The Globe were happy to feed us their delicious food

Barmaid was quite unfriendly, it seemed like it was too much trouble to smile. Food was over cooked. Chicken burger, cod and bean burger obviously cooked together for far too long and just tasted of oil. Gammon was tough. Didn’t order pudding as we were put off by the mains!
