The best restaurants serving British food in Newquay Treloggan Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

My wife and I enjoyed the 3 course special… excellent food - main course served on hot plates (bug bear of mine when hot food is served on cold plates!) Welcoming and friendly atmosphere - highly recommended… Thank you Vicki… Illness stopped us from a booked meal in December… hence Christmas pud for my dessert!!

Lovely venue in extremely nice gardens with abundant seating outside. The service from the staff is excellent ant all very pleasant. The choice of cakes is good with something to suit most. However the toasties are a little to be desired, I would suggest it’s a cheaper or catering bread and the cheese extremely bland and stringy. I wouldn’t say it was mozzarella but more of again catering or a cheese substitute. The ham & cheese toasty just had slices of ham uncooked and folded again a cheap and tasteless processed ham. Such a shame Sorry but this spoils the cafe

The Sunday carvery was brilliant. Other meals there have also been excellent. Very well done to all the staff. 👏
