The best restaurants serving British food in Ascott and Shipton West Oxfordshire South East

What a lovely place this is limited menus but all food sourced locally. Had some lunch and food was lovely also had some cakes to take away which were also delicious. There is a guided walk around the farm using QR codes did part of this which was very informative. Rain started so we never got to finish this. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely go if you are in the area.

From the moment you drive into the carpark this hotel is just lovely. The court yard is stunning along with the entrance. The main hall to the bar and dinning room is stunning and has so much charter . We were meet by the hosts Andrew and Ann who were just awesome explained the history and showed us round . Great bar and lovely breakfast just wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms are lovely and the under floor heating is a great plus to the bathrooms. Lovely beds and feel comfortable.

Excellent room great service food Great but expensive

Lovely, friendly local pub. The team were good, especially Jacob. We ordered a couple of pizzas to takeaway and they were really good.
