The best restaurants serving British food in Plymouth The Vale of Glamorgan South East

Best meal I've had in years, and I love the restaurant set up too - so peaceful and welcoming. Don't skip coffee at the end, the little cakes and chocolates are beautiful (as is everything).

We were walking along the pier on a hot afternoon. Fancied a whipped ice cream and saw this place give it a try. We had a mixture of ice cream on tubs, whipped ice cream on a traditional cone with flake. All good but a little on expensive side. The guy who runs it is retired chatty all good.

Ordered a Pizza and when it arrived we were totally underwhelmed,,, hardly any topping on it and what was on it wasn't great quality. Tinned sliced mushrooms, and the tiniest amount of ham that had been cut into the smallest pieces imaginable. The base was really good as it was thin but to charge over £12 for a small pizza and £3.60 for a bottle of water is excessive. Unable to use the ladies toilet as it was out of order. Not the best visit so won't bother going back
