Nadia provided a lovely welcome. The food was excellent, good size portions, served piping hot and good value for money. The ambience was welcoming and clean and overall an excellent visit. Would definitely visit again.

Oh dear! We have been visiting Frosts in Woburn Sands for over 20 years, the last 10 years or so to have lunch when meeting with family or friends or just browsing. The last 4 times we attempted lunch over the past few months, the food has been awful. My friend received a wrap that should've been cooked but was stone cold. We gave it a few months for the new owners to bed in, but on our last visit for food nothing had changed and we decided not to bother any more. The garden centre itself has become a guided experience much like Ikea! I thought the whole idea of a destination garden centre was that you could browse as you please? Even worse you are guided to an area full of cheap horrible clothes, gone are the Joules, Seasalt, Barbour and other nice clothing sadly. Last time we went we couldn't even be bothered to browse, eat or even visit that building, we just entered the actual garden bit, got what we wanted and left. Very sad.

Good service. Food was really tasty and looked fresh. Slight issue ordering which was sorted swiftly. Egg allergen and allergen book brought out for us. Children’s food as expected. Staff were very polite and helpful. 👍🏻
