The best restaurants serving British food in Prenton Wirral North West

This was our first visit to Oxa. My sister lives locally and had been wanting to try it for some time. The atmosphere was perfect, background music was lovely and the staff were helpful and approachable. The chefs - Jake and Connor - delivered excellence at every course and Alex provided great service with a smile. I am coeliac but every care was taken to see that my meal was as good as everyone else's. Believe me, this is not usual when catering for a dietary requirement. The gluten free bread was divine, and Jake even gave me the recipe which I will certainly try. We will certainly be back, and would recommend it to those foodies who love to be surprised by every course. Top marks Oxa. It's a gem.

Great atmosphere and bar staff, lovely pints and Karen the manager can't do enuff for ya.reccomended- everyday.
