The best restaurants serving British food in Sudell Sefton North West

We popped in for some tea mid week and really enjoyed our meals, service was really good and place lovely and warm, would recommend a visit.

Nice old pup in Maghull. Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Food was plentiful and tasty. Would recommend but booking essential for evenings.

We used to be regulars here and hit out of the habit post-covid. We were tempted back by an offer voucher and are so glad we took them up. OK it’s not the ivy but where else can you get a decent plate of steak and chips for less than a tenner. What they deliver for the price is remarkable. If that wasn’t enough - just as we were finishing our meal, a guest on an adjoining table took ill - staff were truly remarkable - one looked after the guest while another looked after the children from the party. They couldn’t do too much for him A real down to earth, honest place - totally impressed with everything

I’ve only been in a few times this December for the first time. Usually some of the staff have terrible attitudes but Ian is the most helpful and nicest guy. Thank you for making my day. Food is nice, my drink is lovely. Thank you x
