The best restaurants serving British food in Eccles Salford North West

No matter how amazing a business is, you need great customer service skills or else you won’t go back. You can be the greatest chef in the world, but if you’re rude no one will go back. The greatest hairdresser, but if you’re rude the same approach applies. Anyway, my point is, is that the gentleman who works here is absolutely AMAZING. I am sure everyone other employee is too. This is my second review here and I am amazed at how kind and warming he is. Honestly, his genuine kindness was a dominating reason for me writing this review. I also ordered a vegan chocolate Orange chocolate log which was extremely delicious and a lovely hot chocolate.

A little oasis of gorgeous on boxing day morning, staff super friendly & helpful even tho we hadn't booked, would highly recommend

Just had a coffee here this morning which was lovely but then needed to use the toilet . Omg they said they had no customer toilets. Surely this is wrong thought you had to have customer toilets . Will not be visiting again.

Bella and Aiah were very attentive and assured we had a great time. Food was amazing too 🤩🤩🤩 xxx

Had a lovely Sunday roast with family, the food was nice, the service was really good and the price was reasonable.

We had a birthday meal for a family member and the service and food were spot on. We wanted a venue that could cater for 11 of us and offered a variety of food and The Blue Bell did not disappoint.

This isn’t a takeaway, why would you go to an overpriced cafe/restaurant with a party of 7 and then having to order your food at the counter goes beyond me. Basic breakfast with crazy prices and extremely poor service along with cold food. Would not recommend and definitely would not go back!

Just like any Witherspoons apart from no toilet paper in gents toilets take you own like l did.Staff need to check this more often you should not have to tell them.
