The best restaurants serving British food in Chorlton Park Manchester North West

My family requested we went back to Volta as the food is unreal and the people are lovely! Most of the staff were happy as always and the food delivered. That said, this instance we had poor service from a blonde person (assuming female and apologies for the physical description). Just made the experience awful. We try to stack plates, hand the things to make collecting plates easier, be as polite as possible...but they seemed to simply just loathed us not sure what we did, didn't ever engage with us, say anything, say thank you for coming... anyway general experience was ruined by this person. 7th Feb 2025.

Amazing food, drinks and service! Such a cosy and relaxed atmosphere... Plus the team are absolutely lovely.

Hermosa visita a este acogedor lugar en Burton Road en West Didsbury. El café es muy bueno y los pasteles eran increíbles. Un lugar agradable para visitar y un servicio encantador por las dos chicas jóvenes que sirven / preparan el café. Recomendaría y defo volver. ¡Gracias! 🙏

Llegamos alrededor de las 6: 30 pm el 29 de julio de 2024 y les tomó 30 minutos tomar nuestro pedido y luego estábamos esperando otra hora y 20 minutos para nuestra comida. La comida era agradable.
