Came here for brunch with a friend, there obviously wasn’t enough staff in to cope with how busy it was so didn’t mind waiting extra for our brunch but when it came I was thoroughly dissatisfied £13.75 for a full vegan breakfast and there was nothing special about it a pitiful amount of food it was over cooked and unseasoned and all from the freezer aisle nothing home made to justify just under £14 My friend got the scrambled eggs and salmon which ended up giving her diarrhoea Definitely never going here again

Really disappointing experience. I took advantage of Groupon afternoon tea for 2 offer. Booked 2 separate voucher offers . I had to book on the Groupon site and as the vouchers were 2 separate ones , I explained on the site that we would need a table for 4, 3 adults and a child. Received phone call from Coco Cobana , shortly before we were due to attend, to say we could not have our booked time slot and changed to slightly later slot. That wasn't a problem. Looked forward to the afternoon tea , which I've had before , some time ago. When the afternoon tea arrived it was disappointing. There were no savouries . It clearly says on the Groupon site that there would be a selection of savouries. I asked waitress and she said that the manager had prepared the food and that their Afternoon tea had changed from when Groupon advertised it. I only purchased the offer a couple of days ago. Sandwiches were x 3 small finger sandwiches . They were lovely though. 3 small cakes. I only ate 1 because I didn't like the choices but that was my preference, not because there was anything wrong with them. The scone was really small. We had to ask for jam and cream When the individual pots of cream arrived we opened 1 and it had blue mould on the top of it. It was 5 days past it's use by date. Told the waitress and she went to look.for replacement but there wasn't any alternative , apart from pouring double cream or squirty cream. I asked for some butter but waitress said there was only flora. She apologised. My granddaughter had the children's afternoon tea which was lovely and she enjoyed it. The waitress was lovely and did her best but she seemed to be alone and had to deal with customers that were dining in and also counter service for walk in customers. Won't be going back again. Shame , as previous experiences were lovely. I wish I'd read the other reviews before I booked as there seems to be similar experiences . Waitress was lovely though .

We arrived at around 6:30 pm on 29th July 2024 and it took them 30 mins to take our order and we were then waiting another hour and 20 mins for our food. Food was nice though.
