The best restaurants serving British food in Allerton and Hunts Cross Liverpool North West

Just been for a full English breakfast at the cook house and it was amazing. All you can eat. I had four fried eggs, two bacon, two sausages and all of the trimmings. You can can grab as many cups of tea ☕ as you like it's great.

I had a roast dinner on Sunday and it was so good. I've eaten alot in the elephant and food always good,but never had a roast. It was unexpectedly so good . I had the chicken my husband had the beef and my son had the beef wellington. I had a taste and was unreal. Yorkshire puddings are not my thing really but just gorgeous. Finished off with bakewell which was also great. My only thing is if I have to critic is roast potatoes needed to be crispier. Will and have already recommended.

Visited yesterday as a family of 6 and we were blown away. Food was absolutely spot on. Sat ins the adult area with nice views. Accessible toilet which was much needed for 1 family member. Staff so nice and helpful. Will be back soon

Entró en una mañana nevada para el desayuno con la familia! Todo estaba caliente, sabroso y porciones muy generosas! Hice un pedido de un asado para ser entregado en la tarde debido al clima y fue una de las mejores cenas de asado que uno tuvo en mucho tiempo! 10 / 10

A rather dingy pub with no atmosphere. The barmaid on my visit was unpleasant and surly. Probably why the pub was empty..I had one pint and left..
