The best restaurants serving British food in Newbarns Barrow-in-Furness North West

Considering the coffee shop is adjacent to a ruin, I was expecting your average, tourist offering. I was happily surprised. We ordered baguettes, which seemed more like paninis. They were flavorful. I had bacon, brie & cranberry. The flat white hit the spot. And we shared a Victoria sponge cake that was our least favorite. Nevertheless, when you're with good friends, it makes for an even better lunch. Open Wednesdays - Sundays, 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Food was very good and good value for money the staff where friendly and helpful and the restaurant had a good atmosphere. The food was promptly served and was hot and very tasty for both dinner and breakfast

Went to barrow for dave day the staff was really accommodating room was tidy and motorcycle was secure and covered by cctv if I'm back next year will be here again

Another great visit to the Strawberry whilst visiting family, great cask ales, good food and excellent service keep up the good work
