I’m 61 and been going here few times a year since I was a little girl . It’s never changed and is as popular as ever. If yr ever in Redcar it’s def worth having one
The cod and chips are delicious here. Cooked in dripping. The peas and curry are very nice too.
Only complaint is the portion size. You don't get a lot of chips with your cod and it seems very expensive for what you get.
Staff are friendly, loud and full of banter.
