Food was horrendous, bottom of the bag chips over cooked. Burger undercooked. No attention to detail. Will never return

We visited this restaurant on 23 .12 .2024 we were a party of 3 and we ordered the festival menu my christmas dinner had cold peas and carrots that had been so over cooked that they must have seen the inside of an incinerator my wife's chicken burger arrived without mozzarella and camembert bites no chicken gravy my daughters loaded fries did not have any bacon bits or onions guess what i complained to the manager who could not give a dam staff were making coments out loud guess what i could not care less a reply from the so called beehive management team ref 76406932 was an absolute joke and they have not responded to my response they could not care less do not eat here
