Had a wonderful meal at Caesars last week; everything was perfect. 6 of us went and all the plates went back clean; an excellent selection of drinks and lovely staff. Highly recommend.

Oh dear. Based purely on our first visit about a month ago this would have been at least a four star review. However, a second visit last Saturday night was disappointing, so a distinctly average three is all I can justify. When we visited on a Tuesday night early in October the place was relatively quiet, we had a great meal and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Hoping to repeat that experience we returned last Saturday, when the restaurant was much busier. My chicken burger was warm at best, and the bowl of chips were no better than tepid. They were also almost all stuck together, and showed clear signs of having been stuck under a heat lamp for some time. A bowl of chocolate ice cream wasn't overly generous, and we left feeling let down after our first experience. I can't see us rushing back.

Awful. Paltry, typed menu with very little to choose from - no fish, festive meal, gammon, chicken, etc. I ordered whole-tail scampi but received a helping of the smallest scampi balls ever seen, with a few chips and peas - all only warm. Dessert of Banoffee cheese cake which tasted nothing like it, with a coupe of slices of banana and about 6 minute blobs of chocolate in the most unattractive arrangement possible. Lukewarm coffee to finish. I know its not masterchef but this whole experience was dreadful and worse than a roadside cafe. Receivership looms?
