Julie helped me put together a hamper as a last minute birthday gift for a relative. She advised on gluten free products and was so helpful with her knowledge and expertise. Thankfully the refurb still left this as a real pub.I had been worried that it would end up with barrels with high chairs around them ,stupid prices and more wine than beer. This is a real pub, not something pretending to be one. Great staff and great beer at a reasonable price.
