Excellent little cafe in Hemswell Antiques. Fabulous food & refreshments. Sensible money. Hemswell Antiques is a great place to visit, allow a whole day. Everything you’d ever wish to see.

Met with friends at the start of December for a spot of Christmas shopping and browsing the fabulous antiques at the vast Hemswell Antique Centre. We all wanted a hot lunch to power us through the rest of the day and we all picked something off the menu. I had the Special of the Day - Scampi and Chips which was served quickly and it was delicious - a generous portion of scampi served with a hunk of fresh lemon, crisp chips and a tangy tartare sauce and served with garden peas cooked to perfection - LOVELY. I have never had a bad meal here and the staff are very, very helpful and they keep the place clean and neat. The cafe gets very busy so be aware you can queue for a table if you get your timings wrong or the centres are madly busy ( which can often be the case).

Si quieres un buen asado los domingos, y luego ir a el Spring House Restaurant. Mi amigo y yo fuimos ayer por primera vez y no sólo la comida increíble y muy abundante, era asequible.
