The best restaurants serving British food in Knighton Leicester East Midlands

We visited here today and ordered 5 drinks and 3 mince pies. Everything came out one at a time, about 5 minutes apart with the last drink arriving at our table 35 minutes after we arrived, hence the first 2 drinks to be served had been well and truly polished off by then.I watched my coffee sit for 5 minutes after the 'coffee' button had been pressed, getting cold before it was given to me. It was not that busy either. Very disappointing, dread to think how long food would take, shall not be returning.

¿Algo ha cambiado en el Cradock Arms de Leciester, Staff? ¿Comida? El bacalao (si era bacalao) y las patatas fritas no son buenas. Pequeña porción de Frijoles al Horno Frío también. Las esposas Lasaña tenían demasiado queso.

Just had a 3 course Xmas meal in the newly refurbed Owl. Absolutely fantastic. Gorgeously laid out table and the food was just perfect. All of the staff in this pub are so friendly and helpful and ready for a chat. Been going here since COVID and just keeps getting better. Well done all and will see you all soon (with Dave )
