The best restaurants serving British food in Bolsover South Bolsover East Midlands

Lovely bistro with friendly staff. We visited for brunch and the food was excellent. My husband asked for a veggie breakfast and really enjoyed the veggie sausages, eggs, beans, hash browns, mushrooms and spinach with a side of toast. My traditional full English was delicious, excellent sausages and bacon. The coffee was really good too. Very nice staff with good service. We would definitely recommend and visit again.

I was visiting Bolsover for the day and fancied something to eat and came across this cosy little cafe tucked away in a courtyard near Morrisons. There was lovely outdoor seating but, it being one of the hottest days of the year, I chose to sit indoors. Well, what a treat! The omelette I ordered was the fluffiest, most unctuous, and delicious one I've ever eaten. The lady who served me was so friendly and the atmosphere was just what I needed: peaceful and cosy, with some magazines to tuck into while waiting for my food. Lovely little eatery.

Absolutely wonderful food and service. Very much enjoyed my beef and ale pie with mash, really tasted like exceptional home cooking. The vibe is warm and cosy but also slightly upmarket. Would visit again for sure. Also great proximity for Chatsworth House.
