Terrible experience with them. We booked the hotel through Expedia and when we turned up, they had our room available but said they couldn't find the booking. We called Expedia who told us that the booking had gone through. The hotel continued to tell us they haven't received the money, and charged us for the night again. They kept the money through Expedia and scammed us. The room had a TV that didn't work, and the bathroom had black mold.
